Bio

My passion has always been people and I enjoys helping to get answers to your questions.  I believe answers must encompass the beliefs, values and wants of the people in Ward 8.  I am a big fan of caring people who want to make Edmonton a better city. Don’t we all appreciate passion and resourceful problem-solving?

A History of Passion & Commitment – I have been involved and speaking for the community since the late 70s, when I joined my parents and the community to protest homes from being turned into high rise complexes. The tree was a symbol created as protest to high rise development.

Since then, I have been actively engaged in all levels of politics: From volunteering for the National Elections, to being presented to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta to speak “for victims of domestic violence (experiencing) further victimization owing to a lack of support systems … leads to long-term health, social, legal, and financial problems.”

If there is something familiar about me, you may know me as Lady Dolphin.  A face painter who has been entertaining children and their families at Edmonton grand openings, festivals, and gatherings for the past 27 years.
